So I'm like really late with this one. So late that I can't remember who picked this choice and I apologize. This pie was extremely easy to make and it is now a favorite and it was perfect with Dorie's crust. My Thanksgiving was rather crowded so everything that wasn't a vegetable was made in disposable tins. Thank God for the man who invented those. Not many dishes to wash at all. I didn't get any good pictures of this thing cut but let me tell you it was an awesome pie.
